Trust starts with knowing exactly who touches your data. This page lists every third-party system behind the SmartFlow website and communications - what it does, and what data it processes. We update it whenever a vendor changes.
Website & communications
Vercel - site hosting
Hosts and serves this website (EU/US edge network). Processes standard server logs (IP, user agent).
Sanity - content management
Stores the site content (articles, pages, case studies) and form submissions we receive from you.
SMTP2GO - transactional email
Delivers our emails to you (quote replies, downloads, confirmations). Processes your email address and message content.
Cloudflare Turnstile - form protection
Verifies form submissions are human (anti-bot), without CAPTCHAs. Processes browser signals only.
Google Analytics 4 - measurement
Aggregated usage measurement - runs ONLY after you accept cookies (Consent Mode). No advertising storage.
UserWay - accessibility
Powers the accessibility widget (contrast, text size, navigation aids). Stores your accessibility preferences locally.
Meta (WhatsApp) - click-to-chat
The floating WhatsApp button opens a chat in the WhatsApp app - nothing is shared with Meta until you click it.
Product infrastructure
The operational dashboard and device telemetry run on leading cloud infrastructure, connected over the cellular network. Device telemetry is operational data (water levels, valve states, device health) - not personal data. The full product subprocessor list is provided together with a data processing agreement (DPA) on request.
